I have paid for the annual sub last month and still showing as expired on the client. when i log in to the User Control Panel, everything seems fine and the active sub is showing until next year.
have tried contacting hellow@newtonhq.com several times and no answer.. I want to keep using this product but had to default back to outlook since Im unable to use the supercharged features.
