I see there are several others who point out that the subscription cancellation doesn’t work. Please desist from trying to get payment for a renewal that I didn’t want. Account deleted.

I deleted my account and since then I’ve been charged twice the past few days ion different cards I was never using for this app. Thevey stolen money and accessed my accounts- how do I file a criminal complaint?
